Need Experienced Weekend/Weekday Child Care for Four Children

We are a busy family of six who live in a little historic neighborhood in Pittsburgh. We have a 12-year-old daughter, plus, a son who is almost four, another son who is two and a half, and an infant daughter who is 9-months-old. We have few available family members in the area, and all of our neighborhood baby sitters have other jobs, obligations, etc. and therefore sometimes not available to us. Because we have so many little ones, we prefer college-age child care providers or older. We would also like someone who has experience with preschoolers, toddlers and infants. We would like the opportunity to interview and spend time with applicants as well as check job references. We would need only a few afternoons or mornings a week. In October, we have one weekend over which we would need someone to stay with the three older children while we attend a conference in NYC (with the infant).
